Sinead graduated with an honours degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2012.
Since graduating, she has worked in a variety of clinical settings. Upon graduating, Sinead moved
to Singapore where she spent three years working in the public hospital system gaining experience
in many different areas including musculoskeletal outpatients and post-operative orthopaedics.
This acute experience, heightened her knowledge and gave her an in-depth view of the rehab of
post-operative conditions, in particular knee and shoulder. From here she began working in the
private sector, gaining exposure in various sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions ranging
from acute to chronic conditions. She also has been a pitchside physio for numerous Rugby and
Following on from university, Sinead has continued her education by completing courses in Dry
Needling, Kinesiotaping and Pilates (matwork, ante and post natal) to name but a few. She likes to
combine a number of treatment approaches including manual therapy, functional exercise and
activity modification to create effective evidence based treatment plans for her patients. She is
passionate about optimising a patients ability to perform at their best and is a strong believer in not
only treating a patients injury but in educating patients for future injury prevention. Due to her
previous training in Pilates, she recognises the importance of incorporating pilates exercises into
rehab programmes in order to create efficient movement patterns.
In her spare time, Sinead is a keen runner and loves to keep active.
