Sadhbh O’Flaherty
Sadhbh graduated from UCD with a BSc Physiotherapy second class honours, grade one. During the four-year university programme, Sadhbh gained experience managing musculoskeletal, rheumatological, and neurological conditions in acute hospital and rehabilitation settings.
Sadhbh’s undergraduate experience also included the physiotherapy management of Cystic Fibrosis and rehabilitation following stroke and brain injuries in acute adult and paediatric settings. Other experience includes orthopaedic and post-COVID rehabilitation.
Sadhbh has a keen interest in sports injuries and injury prevention. She has spent time working with local GAA teams pitchside during matches and training. During the COVID pandemic, Sadhbh worked with elite-level gymnasts and an underage Soccer team, creating individualised virtual injury prevention, management, and strength and conditioning programmes.
In her free time, Sadhbh enjoys running, hiking, and rock climbing. Sadhbh spent five years competing for Team Ireland in gymnastics and retains a strong connection to the sport in coaching and strength and conditioning roles.
Sadhbh has joined us from Mount Merrion Physiotherapy Clinic after their closure and we’re delighted to have her.
