Harriet joined Premier Physiotherapy in 2015 following a career in Environmental Science. She completed a degree in Geology and Geography, followed by a Master in Engineering Geology from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Since then she has worked in New Zealand, Australia, throughout the Pacific Islands and Ireland. Harriet’s primary area of interest was contaminated land and she project managed the remediation and management of a diverse range of sites from service stations, landfill sites, fuel depot facilities, a cement plant and more recently managed insurance claims relating to the release of domestic heating oil throughout Ireland.
Harriet completed a post graduate diploma in Project Management from Trinity College in 2013 and has, since then, focused on management and operations.
Harriet’s current role at Premier Physiotherapy is centred on business development. She has been instrumental in the expansion of the clinic and Premier Physiotherapy has doubled its number of treatment rooms since she joined the company. Together with practice owner, Roberto Pelosi, a number of new services are being developed that Premier Physiotherapy will be able to offer their clients in the near future.
Harriet has been actively involved in team sport since childhood. She competed in triathlon, kayaking, mountain biking and multisport/endurance events including several marathons. Her biggest achievement was completing the Coast to Coast event held annually in the South Island of New Zealand.
